Mike's Birthday Weekend 2012

This past Friday would have been Mike's 59th birthday, and in order to celebrate right Laurie hosted a dinner for family on Friday night at Spaghetti Factory and a golf tournament/pot luck on Saturday at her house. There were lots of family and friends in town who participated and showed their love and support - which was amazing. Nick and I commented several times on how loved and supported we feel and are so thankful for that.

Coincidentally, Friday was also Grandparents Appreciation day at Wyatt's school :) So Bebe came to play, make some art and have a snack or two. Wyatt loved showing her off and "telling" her all about his school. It was so fun to watch them interact and share such a special day. Nolan and I were there too - so glad we were included!

It was a very special weekend and we loved celebrating it in such a positive way...just what Mike would have wanted :)
